In the past Oxley College has been very successful in all disciplines including Skiing, Snowboarding, and Cross Country.
Other events students have the opportunity to compete in are the Redlands Cup and the Scots Cup. Both these events are held in the July school holidays directly after the NSW Regional Championships.
Students who are interested in Snowsports should complete an expression of interest form or see Mr Wansey for further information.
NOTE: It is important for parents to consider booking accommodation early in the year as it gets difficult to organise accommodation closer to the competition.

2010 Report
During the second week of the school holidays, 19 Oxley students competed in the Northern NSW Snowsports Championships at Thredbo. The team had a very successful competition with 14 competitors qualifying for the State Championships to be held at the end of August. Calum MacKay was the stand out performer, placing 1st in both the Division 2 Skiercross and G.S. The Division 1 Skiercross Team of Aidan Manning, Chris Moginie and Tim Sanderson, placed first against some very tough competition. The highlight of the week came at the final presentation when our boy’s team was awarded the Secondary Boys Champion School for 2010.
